At Kas_ (in Luapula province) Sowers managed to establish a new church currently run by one of the Sowers. The Office of National Coordination supplied (in January 2020) the Luapula-Moero region with the necessary evangelistic materials that were already depleted.

For the first time, the Office of National Coordination has succeeded in :

Printing a considerable number of calendars 2020 that have been sent to several missionaries regions. These calendars are a tool and means of promotion of the ministry of SOWERS INTERNATIONAL in the country.

Organize a General Assembly of the Sowers who came from the différent missionary regions of DR Congo.

Identify the vulnerable: orphans, widows and old men living with us in the churches established by our work in Lubumbashi and all these people were assisted with a Christmas gift 2019 (thanks to the funds from the International Office of SOWERS).

Finally, choose a Pastor who has the passion of souls to take on the responsibility of Chairman of the National Committee of SOWERS in DRC. His name is MULONGO N_.

How did the need arise?
In spite of significant hardship keen Congolese have learned the SOWERS method of effective outdoor evangelism and are taking it to the churches. Some logistical and personal financial support is now needed in this very poor area to keep the work moving to the next level. Churches are crying out for the training but we can't move fast enough through lack of funds.
Project purpose
To meet the demand of churches for SOWERS training by enabling an expansion of the work in Katanga, DR Congo.
Who will do it?
Emmanuel has proved himself by the amount and duration of his work. A local committee of church leaders has been set up to supervise the work.
