Multinational Projects
Partnership takes many forms. One is when people with money (comparatively speaking) partner with Sowers that have the opportunity, gifting and training to enable church training and planting. We present partnership opportunities as 'projects'.
How is a project approved? Is the process robust? What accountability is there? Good questions! Click here for answers
S O S - Support of Sowers
Our most frequent need. Partial or complete support, one-time or regular, all help to meet the basic needs of a national Sower, Amazingly, only USD10 per day average is needed to support a Sower. That's about the same as cafe coffee for two! Could your small group, your Church, or perhaps you personally, give full or part support of one Sower? What a wonderfully cost-effective way to be a partner in the Gospel.

Emergency Care Fund
Emergency Care in SOWERS is defined as a sudden, unexpected event requiring immediate action due to potential threat to health and safety, the environment, or property. Examples include a major health issue that requires immediate treatment or hospitalisation; the damage or destruction of a house that leaves a Sower and his family homeless.

To train a Sower at Level 4, there is a process that they must undergo. The trainer observes how the Sower plans, prepares and leads a Level 2 seminar. On his previous visit, Emmanuel started this process, and, on this visit, he wants to observe how well they implement that training. Also, while there, Emmanuel will start the process of translating the Level 1 manual into Sango, the local language.

With the borders open we thought it was a great opportunity for Rodwell and Godfrey to visit Mozambique and spend some time with board members. This will be the President's first visit and it is a good opportunity to discuss both the development of the ministry along with SOWERS roles, protocols and policy. Following time in Mozambique, Rodwell will also meet with the Malawi Board. This visit will be a huge encouragement to both countries.

For the past two years we have not been able to travel internationally because of Covid. That has resulted in the President and RAs working largely in isolation. As there is no replacement for face-to-face meetings, this conference will allow us, and our wives to enjoy some fellowship and time together.
With much responsibility resting on the shoulders of these people, having this time together will be a huge encouragement to them. We will be able to address policy changes, new innovations and current situations as a group so there will be greater involvement and greater understanding.

The work in CAR has been steadily building with each visit Emmanuel has made. With trained L4 Sowers, they need their own stock of SOWERS equipment (easels, paint boxes, sketch boards etc) and their own tracts, manuals etc, in order to develop the ministry further. This will help them to become more Independant because all of the material they currently have was carried by Emmanuel from DRC.

This project will allow Godfrey to train up Sowers in the Tete Province of Mozambique over a 12-month period. As he lives closer to Tete Province that the senior Sowers in Mozambique, this makes good economic sense.
