Six months after the training of the 4 members who were selected for level 3, it pleased the Lord that I return again to Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic, to take care of the three major activities that would be the basis of the development of SOWERS International in this strategically well positioned country in the center of 5 neighboring countries speaking the French language (Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sudan and Chad). The three objectives pursued during this new mission to Bangui were all successfully achieved. I pass on my thanks and the thanks of the trainees in CAR. Emmanuel
This visit seeks to do this following. 1. Train 3 L.3 Sowers to Level 4. In order for the ministry to grow in CAR, it is important to have Sowers reaching these higher levels of the Program. 2. The second objective is to closely monitor and supervise the translation of SOWERS manuals and tracts as French is not widely spoken here.
