Project 222 - RACW 2nd visit to CAR 2022

This visit by the Regional Advisor seeks to do the following. 1. Train 3 L.3 Sowers to Level 4. In order for the ministry to grow in CAR, it is important to have Sowers reaching these higher levels of the Program. 2. The second objective is to closely monitor and supervise the translation of SOWERS manuals and tracts as French is not widely spoken here. USD1090
