From  ... Regional Director John E

Reducing the need for donor support is a key driver in the establishment of this fish farm. The specific goal is to raise funds to start the one hectare farm and run it for six months. By then it should be self-funding.

How did the need arise?

Indian Sowers want to develop income streams to support the ministry, reducing dependence on donors and freeing up donor funds for other uses.

Project purpose

The purpose of the project is to create a profitable, self-sustaining project to provide funds for Sowers and their ministry.

Who will do it?

Sukumar is a trained Sower who will lead a team of experienced fish farmers. Regional Director John E will bring additional oversight and counsel.
